Maintenance and servicing

Our services in detail:

Regular inspections

We car­ry out reg­u­lar inspec­tions of the entire sys­tem to iden­ti­fy poten­tial prob­lems ear­ly on. This includes inspec­tion of solar mod­ules, cabling, invert­ers, fas­ten­ings, and oth­er com­po­nents.

Recurring system inspection

Inspec­tion of the solar sys­tem in accor­dance with VDE stan­dards, includ­ing VDE stan­dards DIN VDE 701–702, DGUV reg­u­la­tion 3.

Cleaning the solar modules

Dust, dirt, and oth­er residues can impair light absorp­tion and thus the effi­cien­cy of the solar mod­ules. The mod­ules should be cleaned reg­u­lar­ly depend­ing on the loca­tion and envi­ron­men­tal con­di­tions.

Daily monitoring

The system’s per­for­mance is mon­i­tored in real time via our mon­i­tor­ing sys­tem.

Checking cables and connections

Reg­u­lar inspec­tions of the cabling, con­nec­tors, and plug con­nec­tions for signs of wear, cor­ro­sion, or over­heat­ing. Loose or dam­aged con­nec­tions can result in loss of effi­cien­cy.

Inverter inspection

Invert­ers are crit­i­cal for the oper­a­tion of pho­to­volta­ic sys­tems. The func­tion of the invert­ers is checked and, if nec­es­sary, the invert­ers are replaced if no longer work­ing effi­cient­ly.

Monitoring battery storage

If the sys­tem has bat­tery stor­age sys­tems, we mon­i­tor them reg­u­lar­ly to ensure that they are work­ing prop­er­ly and that the stored ener­gy is avail­able when it is need­ed.

Lightning protection and grounding

We ensure that the sys­tem has appro­pri­ate light­ning pro­tec­tion and ground­ing to min­i­mize dam­age caused by light­ning strikes.

Software updates

The con­trol and mon­i­tor­ing soft­ware is kept up to date so that it ben­e­fits from improve­ments and bug fix­es.

Documentation

We keep detailed doc­u­men­ta­tion on main­te­nance work, inspec­tions, and repairs so that you always have a clear overview of the con­di­tion of your sys­tem.
